Meet Charlotte

Hello and welcome!

I am Charlotte, an Independent Educational Psychologist based in Surrey, with over 10 years experience supporting a diverse range of educational settings, including mainstream schools, early years settings, post-16 provision, and specialist schools, alongside direct support to families and wider local authority work.

My work includes consultations, observations, and in-depth assessments to better understand and support children and young people with a wide range of learning, social, emotional, and behavioural needs. I also offer professional supervision for other educational psychologists, as well as bespoke training packages for school staff and parents, tailored to specific needs and settings. I have experience in developing and delivering ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) training within schools and previously held a senior specialism in inclusion and vulnerable groups.

Alongside my direct work with families and schools, I currently operate as an associate educational psychologist for different local authorities, undertaking statutory assessments for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) across both urban and rural areas, including London.

I am available to work both remotely and in-person to ensure flexibility and accessibility for children, families, and education providers.
